I know petco has them for $7.99 sometimes they look really really nice and other times they look horrible it all depends on when you go.

The one in Union Square (14th street). They have a tank will corals and stuff that sometimes is decent but sometimes is really not good at all. I bought a feather duster from them a while back and really liked it.
