I have six sets of clowns in one tank. My female extreme frostbite always laid eggs when they were the only pair in the tank. Like every two weeks. I just let them become food due to where she would lay them. She stopped with the eggs when I added another 5 sets of different exotic clowns and I noticed she stopped. Well I noticed she laid eggs for the first time with the other sets of clowns in the tank. Thing is, she is laying eggs on this single 1 inch rock. It?s perfect to pick rock out and give to somebody. Now the trick. The female frostbite definitely laid the eggs BUT I think she had an affair with my black and white clown. Yes, all my sets were paired but when you have all sets in one tank, well, let?s say it?s swinging time. So I do have a rock with eggs now. They passed the yellow stage in color.
