Gauging interest 120 gal breakdown!

Hey guys n gals i am thinking about breaking down my 120 gal tank since i really don't have time to take care of it and im moving to south carolina. I haven't been on the site for a couple of months now due to family issues. A lot of you guys know me and seen my tank. I don't want to leave the hobby but I must.
I want to sell the whole setup, but if i must i'll sell individually.
All live stock must go first then the equipment.
