Nice 40g Breeder AIO Tank Set Up!

Hello,

I have for sale my 40g breeder which I turned into an AIO tank by adding filtration. The filtration consists of a skimmer section, nice sized fuge area and a return pump compartment. The skimmer included for this tank is a Hydor Slim-Skim protein skimmer:

The return pump included with this tank is a Mag5:

This tank would make a great display, qt or Frag Tank. I planned on setting it up but I never got around to it and now I don't have the time. I've left the protective masking on the tank but as you can see in the photos it's simply to avoid any scratches. The price for the tank, skimmer and return pump is only $225 I accept Paypal. It's a standard 40g breeder. I think the dimensions are 36" long x 18" wide x 16" high. Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong but those dimensions are probably very close. I'll measure it when I get home today.

How many pounds of live rock and how deep is the sand bed do you have in the tank. I am staring a 40 breeder AIO also and would like to know more. Thanks!
