3. Light 4 x 96watt actinic, 3 x 250HQI 2pc ARO electronic ballast LMH 120-250 and 1pc ICECAP 250-MH, moon light, 2pc cooling fan on the top
hanging kit NOT included
4. Sump 31" x 16 1/2" x 18"H (cut out section to 12" for skimmer access)

After one month I would to Thanks everyone from manhattan reefs ( all buyers) with all sale I made, like every reefer once a few years I was trying to upgrade my hobby everything was smooth until this post show up and what happen after....
Please read all of it

1.Buyer agree on deal
2.I offer him free transport
3. $50.00 that was my price to install this tank for him ( like free)
4.By his request I invest extra $$$ to buy new hoses, tubing clamp ....
5.Buyer keep changing delivery schedule
5.We agree for Wednesday 3/17/2013 to move this tank to his place and follow day get install
6. I even agree to little payment plan
7. But on that wed. I had a phone call we can't do it today ...... From my site I have everything in my car ready to go and I heard we can't do it today
8.His excuse was very mix top first somebody coming to fix his bathroom, then he is going to NJ because he got more important think to take care
9.I had to ask my fiend to help me out carry this tank downstairs then I had already set up another guy to go with me to drop and help that buyer to carry everything to his place and ...........he can't do it......
10. I am so upset I had to go thru that I lost one month put everyone on side, trust this guy and ....... I am back where I was month ago
11.I will never trust this guy again
12. I try to be helpful and what I have -$50.00 for extra investment I had to do and MOsT important I lost one month with my new project

My old price was $600.00 but I did not included all plumbing connection I have all George fisher valve value over $100.00 just for them and new tubing clamp and....

All I have to say is I have done plenty of deals with other people that would speak up for me as a person looking to go and upgrade I think from a 125 to a 150 is now an upgrade its called a waste of money for your project to be better with money and me stuck with your old tank I rather upgrade to a bigger tank then 25 gallons if you were as honest as you say you seem to say you are then why didn't you tell me that maybe I should stay with the tank I had cause its not really an upgrade am sure glad that I didn't get it cause I was not going to be happy with this scratch tank , I can't even believe that you took the time to make me look like am no good . I can spend my money where ever I like my dear friend thank you for the time and for your wait which wasn't a month but if that's what you want people to believe that's on you good luck with someone that want to throw there money in the gabage cause sm sure not , smh I thought you had more class then this but then again you don't . So reason for me changing my mind I got a better deal no scathes no metal HL that was going to make have to go get a chiller cause of the heat bulbs for these light are super expensive I looked on line and they are to much also not light on the light bill for us that pay light as well .... But again am sure you will get someone to buy it someone that's new to the hobby I guess good luck sorry for the trouble may your project be ready soon good luck , for those who are thinking if getting this set up if you have money to spend its a great deal I have to say but not for a person like me I can't afford the light bill or the bulbs every 8 months btw this guy is a nice guy besides the bad mouthing he's done to me lol once again great set up not for me 700 is a lot to just flush it down the Tolet .....

So you changed your mind the day he had this tank ready to deliver to your door? 150g tank is hell lot of weight...

So he was supposed to convince you not to buy the tank because it was only a 25g upgrade, Cost was too much to own the tank and you couldn't figure that out on your own after he was delivering the tank, bought new parts, got help to move the tank, held the tank for a month, lost potential (real) sales and was going to set it up for you?!?

if you knew the price then why waste his time, you said you dont want to flush 700 down the toilet but yet you wanted this tank and the guy was going to bring it to you. little bit shady.:screama:

Regardless of whether its a small or large upgrade for you, you agreed to purchase the tank and I offered you a great deal to install it. You reneged on our deal and I, unfortunately, lost time and money because of it. I am upset that you didn't have the good character to deal with this the right way. I hope everyone else on the forum will trust my character and continue to do business with me in the future. Since I am the one who was wronged here.

Sorry, but it's not up to the seller to tell you what to do. Also, not researching that halides eat up a lot of electricity and generate heat was on you, not the seller.

Once again things happen and am glad I went for a better deal point blank if you in my shoes you would of done the same thing once again stop crying a river and move in if its such a great deal you should have no problem selling it , once again good luck upgrading to a 180 sorry this deal wasn't for me sorry for the trouble take care ....
