is my percula crapping everywhere?

ok i keep cleaning my tank i have white sand and there is always these little black rod shaped things on the bottom. i clean it up and they come back full force, i only have one percula and he is crapping like there are 20 of him in there. help me out?

Do you have any turbo snails? I find that my turbos crap these big grey turds on the sandbed.

no thats the things i feed him a like 2-3 pellets once a day, and i even tried every other day and its the same thing.Full of Crap:lol:

well i have two nassirius snails and two turbo snails. i just added the turbos snails a week ago bit i have been having this problem before then.
