Weird tripod?

I can say I only this camera tripod in cartoon,yesterday my son aksed me to buy this for him,cannt believe.
It is a real tripod,anyone know the performance,is it reliable?

i see a lot of people using this type of tripod it's great for onsite photos you can attach it to anything

If you have a small camera, this is a really good buy. it can be attached anywhere and provide a stable shot. I bought this for my son last year, he loves it.

My cousin has one and was playing with it a bit. Its only for small cameras and you will curse the thing out trying to adjust the camera that 1/4" for a better angle as its not precise.

They make a gorilla pod for DSLR's, BUT it would prob only work with a shorter lens for obvious reasons. They hold surprisingly well. My brother has one and they are pretty good in a pinch
