I'd be even more concerned for your Blue Linckia. The Harlequin Shrimp will make short work of that star.

The Blue Throats are potentially reef safe, with a whole lot of caution.

Yea what Russ said, your main concern would be your starfish getting eaten by those shrimp. I had a blue throat with about 5 different kinds of shrimp and never hard a problem.

I have a blue throat pair, and they do not eat my large fire shrimp.....but the male blue throat will go after any small fish (ie goby) if he sees them. The blue throat has gone after feeder shrimp when I add them to the tank, but all my fish do aswell, even the small wrasses.
