still learning myself...posted a few close ups before...I like the G-9 very much...wish i could afford the under water housing...some day.Over all I think its a great camera takes great pics and very good video too.

I picked up the housing a while back from amazon.I kept an eye on it every day until I saw a very low price and then I had a coupon and presto Canon underwater housing for G9 $60--- priceless.
Just keep an eye on amazon and don't get the weights. They basically keep the housing from floating, however if you're in the open ocean and lose the cord those same weights will take your camera to the bottom.
