Maybe the difference between Red Sea & Phillipines? Male/female? Biggest difference I see is the yellow patch behind the eye?

Jim that's not a very good picture of a Zigzag wrasse, though there aren't many on-line pictures of them. There also is a difference between the males & female, with the male being a lot more colorful. Coral Aquarium in LIC use to get them in all the time, a very pretty wrasse but they would hide in the sand at night. They had a lot of pastel colors to them.
