Well as luck would have it, the water conditions here in Maui, HI has been somewhat murky and cloudy, I guess it had rained alot the week before we arrived. Anyway I thought I share some murky pics so far. I have another week to go on Oahu hopefully it'll be better.

Yes, the sea is pretty amazing, the more I swim in these seas the more I feel awed by the life that is so abundant and yet quite fragile.

Attached is a type of urchin I've only seen in textbooks, it's more of a reddish maroon color - can anyone id these?
