I'm not sure if your model comes with any software, but you can resize relatively easily with MS Paint.

1) Open the file up in Paint (make sure the "files of type" is jpeg).
2) Ctrl+W
3) Resize the image to under 640 pixels. You'll need to do some math here, but a safe bet for a 3.3 megapixel camera is to "stretch" the horizontal AND vertical 25%, which will reduce it to about 600 pixels horizontal.
4) Save the image.

You're ready to upload now. If you need help attaching files, lemme know.

If you have photoshop, life is a lot easier. :P I'm guessing the camera comes with some software for this function.

Nah, I meant a image size between your first post and your second. If you did 10% on the first one and 50% on the second, try 20%. The image size to aim for is about 600 pixels any given way. MS Paint isn't really the best tool for this, but it does work. Other photo software like Photoshop and Photostudio are a lot easier and more powerful to use.

BTW, I recommend cleaning the glass ;) Camera has a tough time focusing with anything on it (salt creep, algae, etc.).
