Not sure the technical name but back home ( puerto Rico) we call these sea roaches, but I have no knowledge of there benefits in the aquarium world!

Your right!!! i just found it online. Found them while fishing. Just thought they are pretty cool.

They don't do well in our aquarium, they will die pretty quick so don't waste time and kill the poor little think.

sand flea my dad uses them as bait lol hes crazy he walks around hollywood bitching early in the morning with some crap he rigged and he catches them
