Help Taking Photos under LED's

I am trying to take some shots of my corals. Bad enough I have a bow front, which distorts the image. But the LED's are driving me crazy. The colors do not show up properly.

Shooting JBJ Nano 28g with Stock LED hood. Really have the problems when the blues are on. I am using a dSLR and I know how to use it. BUt for the life of me I can't figure it out.

The only thing I may do is shoot RAW and see if I can get the image to come out correctly?

Any ideas from anyone???

I've heard some people put a piece of pvc in the tank to adjust WB in photoshop later. I have not tried this myself, but judging from other peoples photos, it seems like a good trick. I always shoot in Raw and adjust in PS later.

Well I spoke to a friend of mine (photographer) and he said to use the "k" setting for the White Balance... So I turned all the way up only goes to 10k. These pics look nice, this is first round only and I kinda rushed through them. When the whites go out I will see what happens under the actinics.

Grey - 18%. That's what you need to work properly on your color balance.
The "K" custom setting is not good enough for reef tanks, in too many cases.

and if you can turn your pumps off so that you do not get the blur of moving polyps, the pics will come out even better!

That is true, which I was aware of. But I actually was able to figure it out. Needed to set custom white balance. If you check my tank thread, you will see the new pics!!!
