When it comes to the cross flows what would you recommend for a 90 gallon.. 4ft long

In regards to size/dimensions they are very similar so a cp40 would be fine. If you already have powerheads and just looking for some supplemental flow you could use a cp25. They do move a surprisingly large amount of water but are adjustable. Personally I am a fan of having multiple sources of flow so that whatever is in front of a particular powerhead is not being blasted.
