Site upgrades not working for me..........

Nothings working.....
I am stuck on invisable mode & can not change none of my personal options, I can not log out, I can not access the drop down tabs on the top.
No more smilies & the reef grafitti works sometimes......mostly gets stuck on "loading."


OS:
XP media edition

IE 6 & America Online 9.0

try using IE outside AOL, not inside AOL.

Are you using AOL dialup, or broadband?

Tried using both house.......
The only difference on IE is that I can see the graffiti & the drop down tab works.
Everything else is the same mentioned above.
