Alright sounds good. I'm looking to get the vortech as soon as possible. I'm located in Albany, NY so I don't know if you want to ship things, or meet halfway. Are you interested in Chalice's or Zoa's or a combo?

MEI can not meet anywhere, pickup only. If you wanted me to ship, I would want paypal only. I could ship 1 of them(as I have the original box), however you would have to pay, and I would require tracking/insurance. I am ot sure what this would cost, but I figure <$20.

Kind of, pretty much just not possible because you want way more than what a brand new vortech would be worth, and you don't want to meet at all so thats what pretty much kills the deal. Sorry I'm not gonna sell OG Emerald Mummy chalice at $25 at eye because thats what YOU feel is a fair price

Thus meeting you might be impossible....read a thread...you should also mention this type of deal breaker in the first pm you sent, in order to avoid this type of problem, not wait until the 2nd or 3rd....

and lastly, you have no idea what type of prices I would want for corals....do you know what happens when you assume? You make an ASS out of U and ME.

A new Vortech MP40W cost $420, you have no idea what I would have wanted.

People need to learn to read and certainly look at a map before they express interest in something. Especially pick up only items. Albany is a 2 hr ride from me, and I kind of think it is doable to make a day trip to the city on a nice day. Hell I used to go to Latham and back in one day after hanging out for the whole day there.

for this hobby, sometimes you need to take a good trip sometimes to get a good deal. not only can you save a few bucks on whatever your buying vs a lfs., but you also can make a new friend from whoever your buying off here. and if your like me, you take advantage of taking the trip by writing down a few lfs near that area and make a stop there after you meet your new friend! i live in jersey and took a 2 1/2-3 hour trip to the middle of long island. TWICE! while i was there, and on the way back i stopped at 5 lfs. worth it. people need to stop being lazy and get up, take a ride, who knows what you'll find!
