well, as for now yea. I dropped 250 on these things so funds are a little low. I'll probably move up to MH when I upgrade my tank but for now, I think they do a great job. I'll have to wait and see how healthy things grow in my tank so....

I've had uncured rock in my tank for about a week now. The uncured rock was in the lfs tank for about 2 weeks. The guy told me they were about 50% cured. How much longer can i expect for my cycle? (approximately)

and how many hours a day should i keep my lights on for during the cycle?

i prefer mine to metal halides. the heat issue is almost non exhistant, but you don't get the halide shimmer lines
