No need for a pro. I can train if needed to as long as you are reliable.
College students who want to do home work during work hours are best. But college education is not required-just that the hours and the amount of sitting time is best used in doing homework or such. Of course, if you write articles or you play hand held games all day, it would be good too.
Hours are long but only 2 hours work, all others are sitting doing your own stuff and dinner. Just setup ~5 speakers and couple amps~ 6:00pm then break down at 3:00am. and bring them back to the van. Our musicians are artists and cannot lift a 40-50lbs speaker.
Must be respectful and able to work with conservative culture.
