I pass it every day on the LIRR - too bad we have to wait till 2009. I agree though - it looks awesome, kinda reminds me of Camden Yards from the outside facade.

I drive by it often on my way home. It actually makes me sad that they are tearing down a perfectly fine stadium and building a new one right next to it!:letitallo Millions of dollars being spend while working people can't afford healthcare. Hospitals shutting down b/o inadeqaute funding. If we can afford this kind of money in sports and entertainment, why can't we make better use of the money to improve healthcare.

I read the title and thought yeah pics of those columns at the yankee entrance. Then I clicked on the links and was like hmmm, wonder why the mets are getting a new stadium and then I realized it must be reparations for their fans.
