I have very bad experience with Fedex at this location of mine.
Last time, I have shipment of LED light(urgent for a client) coming to this address. The expected delivery date is delayed for one day, so I wasted one day waiting for the product. Then the next day, I track the package in the library and it said it was on the truck en route to me. I posted signs and such to make sure deliveryman would be able to find the right house/door. There are five doors and 2 houses. I warned all my neighbours if they see Fedex, tell him to wait for me to come from the garage house or directly bring the products to the garage house. I saw, the truck passing by my driveway and rush out to the front to stop him but he left already. I asked the neighbour what happened. He said he rang the bell once and left immediately without waiting. So I waste a 2nd day. The third day, I called the call center before hand and make them leave a message to the driver how to get to the right door and that I am in the house-he may also call me at my cell if he needs to. Nothing coming. I called at least 5 6 times more to the center to understand what's going on. Finally, I got a customer service personnel who is willing to type my msg on spot while we were on the phone saying that I am waiting at the door(so to make sure the driver does not have any excuse to leave before anyone can answer the door.) I got the package ~7:45 PM). I paid ~$350 Fedex for express service which turns out I wasted 3 working days' pay in additionn to the shipping fee.
Today, I am supposed to receive some fish and the fish is in the delivery truck 7:45am but so far at 6:25pm nothing happened. I am so disappointed with Fedex in this area.
So to conclude, if you guys are around the area and need timely shipping, especially live stock, please take notice the service here may be very unreliable. I wish my fish can survive the trip. Please pray for me and them.
