but in all honesty, my friend goes to a real expensive gym here in NJ and doesnt stop raving about how great her trainer is yada yada....her trainer i think does house calls, if you want me to pass along some info and see if he's interested i have no problem.

it really depends on what he is looking to accomplish in what type of trainer he goes for, as stated most gyms have trainers there, and do private training, would check the gyms around you
