They are cam shy but the rubberbands are 7.28 inches expanded and an amazing .25 inches relaxed.. The paper has a little dogface puffer poop on the edge and is 2years old today...

1 ply newspaper, standard... Can be modded into hats, don't know about boats the dogface poop might not be that boyent or possibly give the boat a lean...
