do you have a collection of something that all together might come close to the weight of your tank?
I ask this only because I'm getting ready to start a new tank, and for some reason, in order to do this, I felt that I have to organize my entire home. (doesn't everybody do this?)
And after much tidying, cleaning, moving furniture, reorganizing the kitchen and the like, several things have occurred to me:
1. If i had a dollar for every book in my house, i'd have a lot of dollars
2. if i could sell all the books in my house, i'd have a lot more space for fishtanks
3. all the books in my house together probably weigh more than any tank i've ever had set up or ever will
4. i have not read all of the books in my house, and therefore, my "free time" during this summer is now taken care of
5. if i had read all the books in my house, i'd be one smart cookie
6. all of the books in my house can be broken down into only about four categories/topics (with only maybe 10 books in the "miscellany" category)!
7. books seem to create their own dust rather that gather dust!
And with that, i return to the putting away of books -
anybody selling a bookshelf? I've got piles of books with no homes!
