just what exactly is a buddy list?

...so i seem to be on others' buddy lists, and on my profile, i seem to have two sets of buddy lists, one with folks on it, one without - only I don't think I did anything to put those three there, and i want to know how it is that they are there. and how do I put others there, and why would I put them there? what does it enable me to do? what does it enable others to do?

hey tahl,

there's a buddy list, top right section of the home page. it shows you who's online, those that are on your buddy list.
if you click on someones name above their avatar you will see choices to add them to your buddy list. your list may be private if you wish. hth.

the other list that you do not see anyone in, is the list of unwanted buddies :sgrin: comes in handy when you meet some of the work of arts here ...
