whats the going salary for a staring iron work w/o experience but passes the test?

i believe its 25 and change 1st year and it goes up every year for 3 yrs then u get journeymans money after 3 yrs of apprenticeship

oh, i didn't realize it's union. Thats a pretty sweet job, if i was younger. I can't take the paycut. :biggrin: this hobby is too expensive. But the benifits must be sweet.

if u have a pay cut with an ironworker salary u must be well off.anyway ill have all the pay info tomorrow the money i was talking about was just in the check.you also get an hourly wage in different benefits which is a savings benefit that u can take out every so often.this is a very physical job and very dangerous job but i have to tell you its rewarding in many ways.you will get medical dental and hospitalization insurance and there are many great people you work with.please only people who are truly interested PM me.
