My dad wants a new digital camera for christmas.

The list of wants:
EASY to use. Like turn it on and press the button.

Big display 2.5" or bigger

Normal to Big buttons. Small buttons are getting too small for his eyes.

Megapixels doesn't really matter. He's taking pics for ebay (mostly) so anything over 3 or 4 MP is good.

Macro has to be good for some of the things he shoots. (small antique 'garbage' he makes $$$$$$$$ on)

He doesn't care about brand, as long as it's decent.

I'd like to drag him down to B&H but he doesn't live in NYC.

What cameras do you have that you like and what don't you like abou them?

Thanks

B

I have the Sony Cybershot 5.0mp from last year...Its ok, takes great pics most of which actually are huge when you get them on your comp, but it doesnt have the steady-shot feature which anyone who has a shaky hand or takes pics on the move desperately needs, trust me invest in a digi with some kind of steady shot...well worth it for pic quality, and anything over 5mp will do just fine....

I actually use my camera phone, 1.5mp more than i do my digi bc its always with me so maybe something small as well....

I was thinking about getting this for my wife for x-mas, her P&S is only 4MP and she hates using my SLR. THis camera is 7.2M has 3" Touch Screen LCD, Super steady shot & 58mb of internal memory.
