In all seriousness, I would buy a quart of liquid nitrogen, freeze the whole window operating system, machine and all. This makes it much faster to smash into tiny pieces and discard, saving you time to buy the Mac you truly want.

Does it start up in safe mode?

Turn off your computer for 10 seconds turn it back on and keep it and F5 until you see a screen pop up and then you can work from there any problems I'm sure I can help you

I had to do this to my moms pc two days ago I did advanced options on the blue option screen and refresh pc and the third time it went through. Pain in the backside though. Took forever.

I was going to do the refresh but was worried that it'll delete stuff

The refresh keeps your files but deletes any app not installed by windows.
