Everyone I know, that went there, saying it is one of the easiest places to get sunburned, so bring some sunscreen. Other than that the place is perfect.
I went there around this time last year and my wife and I had a blast.
IMPORTANT:
Book cool things to do ahead of time, like today, I booked sunset cruises and such before I got there and glad I did or we wouldnt have gotten on the boats.
I was able to bring back 4 2liter bottles of seawater. Put them in my tank.
Also brought back Tonga Branches. Tie them together with string in case you get stopped and say you bought a wind chime.
Great restaurants there I wouldn't recommend the steak house that's popular I thought it was a tourist trap El Goucho not sure on spelling but pretty much every other place was great enjoy
Don't forget to take a picture of the "Most photographed tree in Aruba" -- Fofoti Tree. Should be right by where you're staying on Eagle Beach. Have a great time!
I was there a couple of times. The snorkeling is great and the diving isn't to bad. Rent a motorbike and go to the old gold rendering buildings on the other side of the Island. Stay away from the 2 casino's, they aren't worth it. When you buy a drink at a bar, put a brick behind it as you can find these on most bars because the wind is so strong, the drinks walk away. Snorkel near shore and look under overhangs to find bright red copper sweeper fish. Wind surfing and sailing are great because of the wind. The entire Island is a desert like Arizona, saguaro cactus and all
