Where and when do you play? Slow or fast pitch? I play a lot of slow pitch softball. I am not the fastest guy around though. I play competitively on Long Island on sundays during the summer (http://eteamz.active.com/BadNewsSunday/stats/). I imagine you are looking for fast outfielders because you play on fields with no fence. If that is the case, I wouldn't be interested in playing full time. I could play a game or two to help you out in a pinch depending where the game is.
