My brother (only sib) died months ago post-PTSD/post-cancer complications (VA hospital had him doped up on multiple opiates, then pulled the plug on refills, severe withdrawal ensued. then 'massive coronary' just months after cancer in remission.
Anyways, now looks like his 13yo dalmation-lab mix is nearing his time, too. Since bro died, Bleu has been sicker, fading away day by day. My parents finally asked me to look into the process and cost of getting him put down.
Any recommendations/referrals to a vet service in Queens county, NY for putting down an elderly dog? I'm here in Los Angeles county so theres little I can do except for calling around arranging and/or payin..
