Once I finish upgrading my pond I will have a free pond. What should I do with it.? Here are the options.

1) Amazon pond-stingrays, peacock bass, arrowana and plants.

2) Native preditor-bass, sturgeon pike and plant.

3) Small fish reef- clowns, firefish, blennies, gobies and coral.

I already have a saltwater preditor pond so I want to do something diffrent.

Definitly a native predator pond. I ran an 800 gallon tank as that and it was awsome. I would recommend yellow perch, white and black crappies, bullheads cats, bass, and my fav chain pickrel. Keep your bass on the small side when you add them tho, i had problems when starting them big they extremely territorial but if small and let them grow they got along great

I am leaning towards a native pond. I invested so much time, money and effort into the shark pond. I don't think I want to do it again. Plus I won't have to heat the pond. I was also thinking of sectioning off a section as a refugium and have snails and fish breed there as a food source for the fish. Plus I can stock my tank for free.
