Grid shut down nov?

Anybody hear about the grid shut down in nov they are simulating attacks on our countrys power grid does any know if our power will go out during this operation

That do tests like this all the time just not on that big of a scale.They dont shut the whole grid they fault certain ares that can potentially be hacked to make sure the systems still run. They do it on subways power stations con ed feeds.
