not to hijack thread... but has anyone tried out the verizon navigation that you can get on the cell phone? I know that there is $5.00 or $10.00 monthly charge. Still $700.00 for new gps=either 11 years worth of nav at $5.00 or 5.5 years @$10.00.

What I said, was to buy the best available with the money you have already allotted. How much is that anyway?

Hard drive model is much better. Think of your computer...would you rather have all you programs on a hard drive or have to put in a CD/disk everytime you wanted to type a letter, play solitaire or access MR?

I also have the Garmin C330 built in Hard drive w/included maps, touch screen and usb cable to update when available...For such a small device the thing works wonders, unless you are looking for an indash navi setup, i would seriously look into the Garmin or New Sony Navi's ...trust me....:birthday:
