Seen this guy on 60 minutes one time. What he has done is amazing. This this is how prisons should be run, this way I'd save more tax $$ for frags.

New Orleans used to have a tent city for Mardi Gras. The jails were so crowded from all the arrests they would set up tents in a field and you'd stay there until processed, usually a few days.
