I am looking for an apartment in Forest Hills ( queens ) 1-2 bedrooms... If anyone knows of any apartments only in Forest hills or has a friend who is a realtor ( willing to pay only 1 month rent or less for fee but no application fee, 10-15% of annual rent crap that this realtors charge) Let me know...

Remember I have two dogs, they must allow dogs..
