I dont agree duke, if you like sports why cant you root for the guy. He gets slayed by everyone, and its ridiculous. As much as i wanted nyy to beat them in playoffs this year they arent even close. And lebron was NEVER coming here EVER that was wishful thinking for everyone in knick land!

Duke seems angry?!? The guy is good so is the rest of the team!! And I'm not a complete basketball fan , but I hate the Knicks and even more I hate the jets and the mets!!! I wasn't raised to be a loser or endorse it, if you want to be among the best in life you have to root for the best !!! Being a fan of teams that constantly fail leads to alcoholism and low self esteem!!! And I'm also a patriots fan since 96!!!!

That is the meaning of being on the bandwagon LMAO. You only root for the team that you know will be the winner. You have a team you love and follow you stick with them you dont bounce from one to to the other because you feel they will be the winner. Why should i root for that egotistical man like Lebron and feel good when he feeds his ego by winning a championship. Guy thinks he is the most incredible man alive because he is good at basketball a sport that all you need is to be tall and athletic and your already good. Most talented player to ever plat the sport was Mugsey Bogues. If mt arm reached a inch below the rim standing I would have been amazing also

Routing for years for a losing team= having heart...something all the greats have!!!! I am in no way saying that the fans who route for these losing teams are great players, im just saying that they have a quality that is desirable. It also makes that inevitable championship that much sweeter!!!

is it me or the big 3 love to flops? Or the only team that flop the most? I mean Lebron is a beast, no one could stop him but why does he have to show his reaction when he didn't get a call.. Kobe is different, he complains every tough shots that didn't go in. Jordan, he didn't ***** at all and he played thru the game and make his defender embarrassed cause they can't stop him.

I personally love lebrons style of playing and I like wades graceful style but I picked the team cause I like them , I'm not an nba person I don't have a favorite team and I'm not from Miami ( despite all the smokin ladies in the arena) I like lebron and I despise tony Parker's chihuahua face !!! But that's sports , sometimes you have to pick who you think will win , nothing is guaranteed !!! They could of lost with the pacers!!! I don't like the underdogs unless its in boxing.

If you have no emotional attachment to a team especially for a sport that hasn't been as big as it once was in the 80s, 90s. People will not like X team until they become relevant and give them a good reason to watch. It's not called bandwagon.
It's bandwagon when you dislike the team after they disband. It's natural to cheer for a team that you like the players on because of their ability to beast at that sport. I love boxing and I won't call Pac fans or Mayweather fans part of bandwagons.
If they only root for the team during the finals then that's a problem but I like how people say jumping on the bandwagon after the big 3 decision. I liked them because of their play and loved how they were getting hated on. I wanted to see them prevail. I love people calling me part of the bandwagon after 3 years of rooting for Miami or Lebron to succeed.
It's like those who laugh at Tebow and not wanting him to succeed.

Great point, and now as a patriot tebow will become a better player and the world will love him again , I thought bandwagon was for all the drug dealers that bought ranger jersey without knowing it was a hockey team that won .....as they would say, Stanley's cup! Lol
Duke you make no sense at all. You say anyone that is tall and athletic will be in the NBA and be a good player. Well there is not one Lebron James in the NBA, all of those other tall athletic guys wish they had his talent, skills and size. There are a few other players near his caliber of play, then there are the other guys that are tall and athletic that no one even really knows about. Don't forget about all of those other college kids that weren't good enough to make it to the pros. I'm a Nets fan, but I still give credit to Lebron for what he has accomplished and his skill set. I wasn't a Bulls fan but I would watch Jordan because there was never a guy like him before or since he retired.
^ I forgot to point that out. Why do you think nationally the bulls became a loved team? Because of their logo? Or because of JORDAN? It's the same thing but there was more great players back then that you could pick and choose since he brought viewership to the GAME.
