Labrador needs a good home... Please Help!

Hi fellow MR, I have info on a pure breed labrador that was will be placed in a shelter soon. His name is Frankie and he is 4 years old, around 90 Lbs. House trained, up to date with shots and good with kids. Owner is forced to let him go by the co-op management team simply because he is a big dog, their rule is the dog has to be under 40 Lbs, which the owner wasn't aware of when he first aquire the puppy. Please help, if you know anyone looking to get a dog please let them know and see if they will be interested.

Yes he is. Well there is one correction,the dog is still with the owner as of now,his owner is living in co-op, the management forced them to move away the dog in 30days. He is kids and dogs friendly, up to date with shots, and the owner is trying to find a good home for him before he give him up to the shelters. But the shelter they were considering already has quite a few dogs on hand so they are worried that he will be put down quickly if no one takes him.

Frankie is not neutered as of now and it will be up to the new owner to choose rather to neuter him or not. But the original owner will pay for the neutering if the new owners wishes so.

Also, they can bring Frankie out to a dog park so the potential new owner and family members can meet and greet him in advance.
