More Molecular Gastronomy - Food Porn!

Spent some time this weekend working with a pro photographer to get some shots of my food. The shots came out amazing. We're planning another shoot with more stuff soon, but here are a couple of the photos he took.

Cannoli made from 100% honey, stuffed with apple caviar and topped with apple foam.

Mozzarella balloon filled with thyme infused air, served with fresh thyme and olive oil powder.

They're surprisingly easy to make if you have the right equipment. You need a whipping siphon like an iSi Whip, but otherwise there's no special equipment or difficult techniques for this one.
