Night vision googles. The Feds are going to give police departments money to equip their troop with night vision. In NY state NYC, Buffalo, Syracuse and Rochester will be reviving grants.

Right on the beach? That's pretty wild. I think it's still pretty affordable, but it's a tough(er) area to get tourists to go to.

Ahh... that's what I figured. The place we just rented is literally across the street from Las Brisas and 90 second walk to Sapodilla. I peg it to be around 800k.
