Taking a trip to L.I. Aquarium this Sunday

So the wife and I have never been so we figure this would make a great day out with the baby. First big family trip out! All the way from Rocky Point, to Riverhead.
Any advice on things to check out?

Country Critters is a fun pet store to stop by while you're out east, but since you're already doing something aquarium orientated maybe you might be interested in doing something else like shopping at Tanger outlets while you're in Riverhead.

I live in Rocky Point. Im like 20min from the Riverhead. I dont do the outlets. Lol. Thanks though. I've just never been to the aquarium before. Was looking for "have to see's" and such.

I really enjoyed the anemone tank and the seahorse tank, and feeding the rays.

the place is overload for people like us. like bringing a 6 year old to a candy store.

I think if u time it right u can get the behind the scene's tour but if its your first time.. it wont matter you will have plenty to see don't forget to look in all the little tanks.

Well, there is this little 20,000g. Reef that might occupy a bit of your time The whole place is great. Don't forget the really nice butterfly and bird exhibits too.

Decided to go to Jamesport to get a steak from Cliffs Elbow Room. Haven't been here in years. Awesome filet!
