I take an hour ride, fill up my truck and 60 gallons of gas cans. In Brooklyn/queens its still a pita to get gas but I can't imagine waiting hours on line to get a small ration of gas when all you want is a short ride away.

The only stations around me that even enforced that from day 1 were the Wawa stations. Everyone else said who cares, there is money to be made.
