Thats why oil companies have us by the b@11s and they can make prices whatever they want because we are a gas driven society and are lost without it. Imagine if this storm was bigger there will be deaths everywhere and not just because of the storm. Makes you think

ports were reopened today, so the gas cargo ships can land shortly to relief us of the gas outages. Just hang in there for 1 more day till they can deliver the gas to the stations. Try not to drive for now.

I heard some gas station in brooklyn raised there gas prices to over 7 bucks a gallon. Isnt that illegal especially in a crisis situation... Things are so hard for everyone right now why make it worse greedy bastards!

Along with the Sunoco station on Roosevelt ave in queens , they are always almost 5 bucks a gallon I could imagine how bad it got !

Everyone that runs into price gouging at the pumps should post it here, their adress and company(bp, citgo, etc) and keep their receipts to prove how much they were charged per gallon. Then we should report them all.
