Mac help

[Aqua Pro Builder]

I create a presentation with Google Docs and published onto the web but it seems basic MAC cannot view them. Is there something I can tell my clients to download or update?

I have one MAC user able to view it, which I believe she is using the MS simulator(whatever, that is called)

Do you have the MS Emulator or what version is your OS?

I don't have a MAC myself so I cannot test. Some clients said they cannot see it and I myself went to one of the wedding shops and their MACs cannot view it only the old PC can.

No issues here on a mac. Fine in both Safari and Chrome.

Tell them to get a Mac that has an OS past 8.6.

I have OS Lion. Maybe they don't have a gmail account and thats whats preventing them from viewing it?

The Mac isn't the problem, and is still far superior to a Windows machine.

This sounds like a PEBKAC* error. The only fix for this type of problem is to unplug the keyboard smack the user in the head with it, plug it back in and find someone who is qualified to work on a computer.

I am able to see it fine on my Mac. No extra viewing software at all. Just plain safari.

Of course a PEBKAC error is slightly less serious than an ID-TenT* error.

Just use CutePDF or PDFCreator to make the presentation into a PDF so the mac users can see it.
