Can anyone recommend a good place to get SCUBA certification in our area?

I took my pool course in Pan Aqua and it was really great. I did the open water dive in Florida but they can do that as well in a quarry in PA.

I felt very prepared after taking the course at Pan Aqua and when I did my open water dive it just felt like review.

i have a friend who give lessons on Staten island the classes are in a pool. and the then he take you to a quarry in Pa for the test
