Stop Animal Abuse

Hello Everybody,

I did a search on the forum and was surprised nothing really popped up.

I just wanted to make people aware (NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART) that there is a blog and Facebook page that I believe we should all View and Like. Please note that VIDEOS on this site are EXTREMELY GRAPHIC so please don't have kids watch it or don't watch it if you cannot handle it.

I volunteer at North Shore Animal League and assist in rescues, dog rehabilitation, and dog adoption (sorry allergic to cats). I've seen some crazy stuff first hand. For those dogs that have made it... last week I was walking a pitbull who had his ears cut with scissors from his previous "owners" and was definitely abused given the amount of sores he had on his body.

Anyway, I digress, if you don't have any time to directly help or pitch in. If you're buying a dog please buy from a reputable certified breeder and/or adopt! The least that can be done is to Like the page and get the word out!

give me 10 minutes alone with the person who abused and killed those dogs. 10 minutes and that guy wouldn't be alive. pos like that make me sick.

I try to donate to the shelters, but I wish ws could have some justice against these people. I think anyone who commits a serious crime should be forced ro suffer through the same thing the person or animal had to ensure.

I have no idea how people do that to animals. Give me a bat and throw me in a cage with them for 30mins and we'll see how they feel.

If you read the posting you'll see that this was done in Brazil. However, that doesn't mean that it doesn't happen here. We have dog fights, pitbull training attacks and the same things if not far worse than what was done in that video. Don't think that the animal that you just saw down the block, chained to the fence was forgotten. The animal was left there as game, and if you don't understand what I mean think about that for a moment.
This is just to say that it happens here also we just turn a blind eye.
