looking for spare PC motherboard

Hi I.T./ network people ,

anyone has a spare working ATX PC motherboard w/ CPU faster that 800mhz lying around and not using it? Can I please have it or let me know what you want for it? I'm trying to make a computer for file storage.

I have an asus P4B533 in stock lfrom my last upgrade about a year ago. It worked then should work now. I also have a 2 40 GB Hd's WD 7200 rpm, a 64 mb video card, and a few cd'roms. No memory but I may have a 1.5 GB processor. LMK WHat you're interested in.
