industry standard would be 15$ if you buy 1 month at a time. usually with incentives to purchase longer subscriptions priced down to 12.99 or so.

I doubt its going to be anything super great to anything except SW fans but i'll probably try it.

Is it playable aside from anyone that got the beta invite yet? Any preorder stuff?

Sorry, the game is going to be good but its super focused on a more single player type RPG experience. The combat is identical to what you would see in the DnD game where you can pretty much sit back and watch the fight with little input.

There is a reason why DnD went free to play. This one should be FTP soon too.

I highly doubt it will be going F2P anytime soon if any MMO should go F2P it's WoW but unfortunately that game is a complete pile of garbage and the $15 fee a month doesn't warrant the content provided to players currently

SWTOR looks very promising but in all honesty it didn't really wow me when I started getting more details on it more or less I'm done wtih MMO's after WoW finished shining when BC ended that's it for me and paying a monthly fee on top of the initial investment is rather stupid

Guild Wars is free to play. Great game.
