Computer with 17" LCD - $450

I have a brand new computer that I was going to use but am now looking to setup a tank so I'm going to continue to use my laptop.

Intel Core 15-650 Clarkdale 3.2 GHZ
Asus P7H55 Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaw Series Memory (4 GB)
Cooler Master elite case
Seagate Barracuda 7200 1TB Harddrive.

I am also throwing in a 17" LCD monitor to use. Like I said this machine is brand new never even installed an operating system on it but I will install Windows 7 if need be.
