Did you try to go into the Bios and check out the hard drive? Sounds like a hard drive failure.

My brother fixes laptop i can pick it up bring it to him and see what he can do with it. I am thinking if i pick it up tonight he can have it fixed by either tommorow or saturday morning not sure how much he charges though
